InVent Health Consultancy, Training & Education
InVent Health Ltd, in partnership with the NHS aim to offer patients and families a service provided by skilled professional staff who are clinically competent, well educated and caring. To support this aim InVent Health provides access for InVent staff to training and education to help develop them as professional practitioners. This education and training is also available to non InVent Health employees in a format that suits your individual needs.

Competency
InVent Health provides competency documents and guidelines which can be supported by assessment of clinical practice and structured clinical practice sessions Sample competency document. This type of program may range from 1 day to several weeks.
Consultancy & specialist project work
InVent Health’s reputation as a leader in the field of complex care delivery for adults and children means that we are also asked for expert consultancy project work, advice and case reviews. Our project work with PCTs and social services has led to a demonstrable increase in efficiency of staff and client management
Delivery
Training is provided by registered nursing staff with demonstrable experience and expertise in the above mentioned clinical and management areas.
Training and education is delivered in a variety of formats conducive to adult learning needs; problem based learning, lecture style presentation, interactive scenarios, and practical sessions.
