Training Services
InVent Health provide highly developed training programmes for all our staff at all levels in the organisation. Staff training and development are central to our success and are an essential component to the safe provision of care as well as staff recruitment and retention.
Training commences with formal induction programmes that meet the requirements of the company, individual care packages and regulatory bodies.
The induction programme for carers includes specialist training in:

Basic Life Support, paediatric and adult ( including tracheostomy resuscitation)

Health and Safety in a domiciliary setting (including, moving and handling, fire safety, infection control, lone working)

Recruitment
InVent Health provide support for all carers to undertake Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care. Additionally 'Train the Trainers' courses are available for all staff who undertake a training role.
InVent Health is signed up to the Governments ‘Skills Pledge ‘Initiative.
A rolling programme of training is available throughout the year.
